Fantastic product. Spent quite a bit of time researching and comparing rooftop bike racks. If you want one that can pretty much fit any roof and any bike (including delicate carbon frames) then get this one. Easy to use and reasonable value for money. Also quick to switch between cars if you need to. Very happy. 99 Bikes were great too. Very happy shopping there.

Excellent quality product - very well engineered. It's fully adjustable for most roof cross bars - I have tried it on two cars - a mid size hatchback and a larger vehicle . If the rear end extends too far at back (e.g. interferes with rear hatch when open) can reverse on roof and bike goes on "backwards" although it just fits on a Mazda 3 hatch. To install bike, need to practice to know where to hold and lift - but several youtube videos give tips.

Bought to supplement 10 year old Thule ProRide.Plus* Installation and removal from roof bars without messing with tee slots and rubber strips.* Wheel clamp system is agnostic of "fragile" frames, awkward frame shapes, external brake and gear tubing. (Main reason for buying.)Negative* Perhaps a not as quite easy to load bike (compared to ProRide). (The roof height of my car isn't helping anyone.)* SKS lock storage seems insecure (but hasn't come loose) and the cable is only a deterrent from casual theft. (The Thule system probably wouldn't stand up to much more attention.)* Time will tell if the higher percentage of plastic in the mounting parts will hold up as well as the steel T-slot parts in my Thule.

Excellent product, easy to use with no tools required - rack goes on (and off) in 5 mins, bike takes another 3 mins to put on the roof. Racks are lockable to the roof, and bikes are lockable with the included lock. I ordered 2, would have liked the option for them to have the same locking key.
Secure and stable. Easy to set up. For taller cars (e.g. SUV - Kluger) it takes a couple of goes to get used to getting the bike in the cradle (i.e. lifting and guiding the bike whilst above shoulder height), but once you have the hang of it then there are no problems.
The customer service was fantastic with purchasing this rack, I have no complaint to make with that. The rack itself however, isn\'t so great in my opinion. I have a large frame 29er, which is awkward to load and unload due to the design of the carrier, which isn\'t long enough to support my bike. Unloading in particular is very precarious, as when I roll my bike out of the front wheel holder, the rear wheel runs out of room for support and I have to hold the bike up whilst rolling it back. A minor slip and the bike will fall on my roof and damage the car. My car is a Subaru Outback, which isn\'t overly high either. The carrier is fine with my son\'s 20\" mountain bike, and it is fair to average loading and unloading my wife\'s medium frame 700c hybrid. If you have a small to medium frame this carrier is probably ok, I wouldn\'t recommend it for anything from a large 29er and up though. It looks so easy on the Youtube clips, where they must be using a small frame bike. I wish I\'d stuck with the Proride.......
The price of this thing is pretty high, but it seems to be made of good materials and is easy to fit to the car and load the bike into. Only downside I have come accross is it takes up quite a bit of space on the roof rack.
Great rack, Super easy to install/use, holds well, works for carbon frame. Locks sold separately! For the price I was surprised to find the built in cable lock doesn’t have the locks cores. Much sturdier than other racks I’ve purchased at Canadian Tire. Really easy to get a bike on and feels secure - no contact with frame means almost any bike will work.
